Maple Mustard Soy Salmon

Salmon over kale

Served over sauteed kale

Ingredients

Wild-Caught Salmon (I usually make 1lb so it’s easier to cook and not dry out)

1 tbs mustard

1t tamari or soy sauce

1t maple syrup

to season: dill, salt, pepper and lemon


Process

Make the marinate by whisking mustard, soy, maple syrup and pepper to taste. Marinate the salmon for about 30 mins in the fridge and take out when you preheat the oven. It’s easier to cook salmon at room temperature.

Before cooking season salmon and top with lemons

Cook at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes

When remove finish with salt and fresh herbs. I love dill.
